Country Ready Outfitters is committed to your safe and secure shopping experience. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, JCB and PayPal.

Backordered Items

In the event of a back ordered item, we will ship the in stock items when appropriate.  We will then contact you via email to inform you of the out of stock item and give you the option to a) change the item to an in stock part, b) hold the back order until the item is in stock or b) cancel the back order.  You will only be charged for items that ship, unless you are paying via Paypal.

Most back ordered items are normally replenished within about two weeks of placing an order with the manufacturer.  Unfortunately, this cannot be said for all out of stock products, especially during the holidays and the spring and summer months.  For the current estimate arrival time of an out of stock part, please contact us at info@cr-outfitters.com

State Specific Sales Tax Notice

For those customers with purchases shipped to Colorado, Kentucky, South Dakota, or Vermont:

We are not obligated to, and do not, collect state-specific sales tax outside North Carolina. Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.  Please note that the purchase is not exempt because it is made over the internet or by other remote means. The state requires that a taxpayer file a sales / use tax return at the end of the year reporting and paying use tax on those purchases that are not specifically exempt from taxation where sales tax was not charged on the invoice. Tax return forms are available on the state website.

 SHIPPING

FREE Shipping 

To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $75.00 or more. Orders must use Standard Shipping during checkout to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require and extra shipping charges that is applied during checkout.

Oversize Shipments: Certain heavy items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, over-sized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.
Prior purchases and returns do not qualify

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on most items and is an additional charge. Shipping costs for Express Shipping are based on the weight and dimension of the item(s). Rates for Express Service can be obtained through checkout.

  • Express Shipments are only delivered Monday through Friday, NO Saturday Delivery.
  • 1 Day Shipping is delivered by the end of the next business day.
  • 2 Day Shipping is delivered by the end of the second business day.
Most orders will be shipped by USPS and/or UPS. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delaying shipment. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address then we recommend that you provide your PO Box on the Address Line 2 underneath your physical address. Small items may be delivered by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Larger items like some Bumpers, Hardtops and Engines may ship by Truck Freight.

 

Shipment Tracking

Country Ready Outfitters sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address. Tracking information is also available by logging into your account (if with the same email address used to place your order) and clicking the “Order History & Tracking” link. 

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a shipping facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.

Missing Shipments

Occasionally packages are lost or misrouted during transit. Before contacting us, please note the following estimated delivery times for orders sent via Free Standard Shipping:

  • East Coast, 1-3 business days
  • Midwest, 2-4 business days
  • Southwest, 3-5 business days
  • West Coast, 4-6 business days

Please note that the weekend and holidays do not count as shipping days (with the exception of Saturday for USPS packages and Next Day Air Saturday delivery when chosen and paid for by you).

If your package shipped and hasn’t been received within the above guidelines then please contact us so that we may investigate. 

Freight Handling

Any additional fees charged by freight shippers for additional services either incurred through delivery issues or as requested by the receiver (other than normal shipping / handling costs) are the responsibility of the customer. These include but may not be limited to:

  • Inside delivery or pickup
  • Limited access delivery or pickup (including churches, schools, construction sites, and military bases)
  • Lift-gate service, storage fees, or corrected bill of lading.

Important Freight Handling Information: When you order a product that requires Freight Handling, you’ll need to be aware of a few things you need to do to avoid incurring hassle or additional fees:

  • Be present in order to sign for the package
  • Open the package and inspect the contents with the driver present
  • Log any and all damage on the receiver’s and driver’s paperwork
  • Make sure the driver signs the delivery receipt with the description of any damage
  • Take 2-3 good quality pictures of the damage to the item
  • Do not refuse the shipment if there is any damage – it will start to accrue holding fees, and is harder for freight shipper to locate while working on a damage claim
  • Contact us to let us know about the damage so we can initiate a damage claim for you
  • The Freight Fee is already included in the cost of the item. If Freight is required for an item it is explained in the item description

Receiving your shipment: Please be aware that it is your duty (or the duty of a receiver signing on your behalf) to accept delivery of freight items. The receiver must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. Failure of the receiver to be present may result in a delayed delivery and possible holding of the goods by freight carrier.

  • If a freight shipper is unable to make delivery, storage charges for each day held will accrue.  If held, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event that neither the freight shipper nor Country Ready Outfitters are able to contact the customer to schedule a delivery, the goods will be returned to Country Ready Outfitters and the original and return shipping cost, as well as any storage fees, will be charged to the customer. A restock fee may be charged at Country Ready Outfitter's discretion to cover any additional costs such as replacement packaging.

Inspecting your shipment: It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect the shipment for damages before the Freight driver leaves the delivery location. Open the package to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you or the party receiving the shipment.  If the shipment has been damaged, both the receiver and the  freight driver must write a precise description of the damage on both the receiver’s copy and  freight shipper’s copy of the delivery receipt.  Failure to inspect for damages at the time of delivery could result in any damage claim made thereafter being voided by the freight shipper, despite Country Ready Outfitter’s best efforts on your behalf.

For concealed loss or damage: If after your initial inspection before the freight driver has departed your delivery location you should discover loss or damage on further inspection, contact us immediately to start a claim with the freight shipper. It is important that you do a thorough inspection as soon as possible after the delivery has been made and contact us immediately if there is any concealed loss or damage.  Make every effort to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage. Please note that any damage claim made after delivery could result in the claim being voided by the freight shipper.

Shipment refusal: do not refuse the delivery unless you have identified that any damage to the product shipped has made it totally worthless. In case of partial damage or loss, you should accept the entire shipment and determine whether it can be repaired or retained with an allowance. The customer is responsible for any holding or shipping charges on a refused shipment that the freight shipper deems repairable.

Freight Returns and shipment refusals without damage: Please note that freight items are not returnable once shipped unless as a last resort if a shipment is in danger of becoming abandoned. In the case of a refused freight shipment without damage, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping, shipping of the freight item back to us, and any storage fees if applicable. In addition, the customer may be charged a restocking fee at Country Ready Outfitter’s discretion, based on the individual situation and condition of the returning product and packaging.

 RETURNS

How To Return A Product

If you need to return a product, email us at info@cr-outfitters.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some products can’t be returned:

  • Country Ready Outfitters gift cards.
  • Non-defective used or installed items.
  • Body parts, body tubs and body kits.
  • Special orders and body parts.
  • Chips/Tuners.
  • Items or accessories which have been installed (unless you are making a manufacturer’s warranty claim).
  • Items damaged from freight shipment.
  • Items that have been modified in any way from their original condition.

If we sent you a different product from the one you ordered, or a defective item, please contact us using the information above within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed.

ALL freight shipments are not returnable.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for items returned in original condition during the 30 day return window. If the item is returned in a materially different or damaged condition during the 30 day return window we reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case a replacement product will be sent to you, we will send you a shipping Return tag to return the incorrect/defective product back to us. Otherwise, when shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a shipping method that offers signature confirmation, tracking, and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact us so we may check the status of your return.

Defective Products

For orders shipping to United States (48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii), if you receive a defective product please contact us within our 30 day return policy period, and we will process your return free of shipping charges. Contact info@cr-outfitters.com to process your return.

In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim.

Country Ready Outfitters is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

Some items may require pictures or a shop report to have an RMA issued.

Damaged Shipments

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, email us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a shipping claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because the shipping agent, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A shipping representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If the shipping agent does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come - please call us, and we will send you a shipping Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.

If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a tracer.

Warranties

All parts other than specific Country Ready Outfitter Branded products are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties and/or guarantees. To obtain warranty information on third party manufacturer's products found on our website please call (919) 342-8613 and we will locate the information for you. We can Mail or in most cases Email you this information upon your request.

We have made every effort to ensure that information on our web site is correct; however, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

Unauthorized Returns

If you return a product without first contacting our Returns Department at info@cr-outfitters.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.

If your unauthorized return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please send an email to info@cr-outfitters.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
